Ā kelp

Material:
fresh kelp (which you can buy it from supermarket directly),
red pepper and green pepper(just for adding different colors),
salt,vinegar,soy sauce,garlic(3 cloves),
sesame oil(which you can use olive oil instead),
sugar(it’s not necessary,however,if you like it…)

Making tips:
1.Clean the pepper and kelp and cut them into small slices, seed of the peppers should be cleared.

2.Make mashed garlic after cleaning.

3.Add some water into the pot,(pan is not recommended for it’s too shallow) and boil it.Then put the kelp slices into the pot, keep on boiling for 1 or 2 minutes and turn off the gas.The kelp can easily be cooked.

4.As cooling at room temperature always takes a long time,we recommend another way to cool the kelp. That is pouring away the hot water and adding tap water or put the kelp into refridgerator for 1 or 2 minutes.

5.The last but not the least, add some oil into the pan, when temperature rises, put the garlic and pepper slices into the pan,stir-fry for 5-10 seconds then it smells delicious. After that, pour them into a big container,1 spoon of salt,1 spoon of soy sauce,2 spoon of vinegar.Add kelp and stir, then the yummy tossed kelp is done.
